I've read his books among many others on the topic. He is definitely one of the most lucid writers and I believe that he's completely sincere. Basicly, he believes in phenomena that previous cultures expressed as angels, gods & demons. His explanation is that the UFO phenom is an expression of greater intelligences, not necessarily extraterrestrial and capable of manipulating space and time in any manner. A conveinient irrefutable pseudo-scientific excuse for the cronic lack of verifyable observational evidence. Funny how CCD videocams catch everything these days in hi-res, everything that is except them pesky UFOs. He's completely wrong but then most Americans believe in astrology & angles, so his views are popular.
