2-foot resolution?

I was doing some image enhancement and noticed that in some of the carpark spaces I could see the lines marking out the spaces. Unless this was an odd interaction between the frequency of the regularly spaced lines and the image encoding algorithm, it suggests that the intrinsic resolution of the image is actually nearer to 20 cm than 60!

For those who want to try, I found it useful to double the pixel size of the image and then apply a gentle smoothing. This brings up the pixel size without making them "clunky"

Here's my image. I've also pushed the contrast just a touch to bring out the diagonals in the car park.
