Honest, I've not seen it before.
I'm wondering why it's so famous and has been countless times shown. Was it the contrast between the blueness of the Earth and the redness of Scott's helmet?
I'm guessing that it's because of it's aesthetic beauty... the many shades of a handful of colors, light source and of course, subject matter. :) The bright (also man-made) red in the helmet makes a good focal point.
