Just how many engines and wings can you put on a vehicle, anyway?
I seem to recall reading in some NASA lit something about a (paraphrase) "simpler and cheaper" vehicle replacing the shuttle, something with a much shorter turnaround time. I'll try to find a reference.
This stuff looks like the rules say "whoever uses the most engines and wings wins." Last time I saw that many matings was at a nasty website.
Heck, maybe I'll make a few renderings myself. Tom, if I get the contract you'll be the first one I call!
