The point was that war will eventually become an outdated commodity.
Sure, it's been said before, and by smarter folks than I, but that was before 2002, and before the United States of America "controlled" the high-ground.
We may eventually lose it, but not before another reaches our height and takes it. There are a few nations out there vying for position, but currently no runners.
That's not arrogance, B. That's called facts.
