A couple of corrections.

That should be pendulums that are each 4.5 meters in length [over 15 feet long], NOT 9.0 meters [under 31 feet] in length. The length dimensions of the platform should be adjusted accordingly.
Otherwise, the instructions and descriptions of this physics puzzle/challenge...stands as is.
