Experts have assessed the threat of Martian life as being nearly 0 independent of whether it exists or not (http://www.nas.edu/ssb/mrsrexec.html). The multiplication factor I proposed does not require a lot of expertise to understand. What exactly is it about the first two sentences or their relevance to the earlier post that you don't understand?
