Wave Runners on Mars

"Geological evidence shows areas where ice appears to have melted near the Martian equator and burst to the surface"

Can you imagine the impact surface water would have on long term human exploration and settlement? This must really have the Mars Society excited. I've hoped that when we do go there we go to stay. This news will help.
