Who says the West coast has no culture?
I went to the California Science Center in LA yesterday, more specifically to their newly remodeled air & space museum. Pretty good job! The hilights:
- Mercury capsule that Ham the chimp flew in,
- Gemini capsule (not sure which one, I didn't get through the crowd on the side where the placard was - but the heat shield was amazing), and
- full sized engineering model of Cassini that is the largest object in the place.
