I've thought about this, and I don't know we have enough information to come up with anything yet. I suppose one would have to figure out exactly what they wanted a constitution to do.
Is this a free-standing society now? Will it be? Where would ownership reside, on the satellite, or on Earth?
Does it have a mission beyond survival? Who is that mission for? What is it, and what role would the constitution have in seeing it is carried out.
Would the constitution be intended to structure society forever? Would it be designed to regulate day-to-day operations?
How much contact is there with a "Mother Earth"? Is the constitution of the colony supposed to supplement or complement an Earth-based constitution?
