Howdy y’all. It has been a while since I last posted here.

Here is an interesting story I saw on the news the other day.

I predict that it is just a matter of time before all visual media, like TV, our computer monitors and movies, will all go directly to the visual and audio part of our brain. I envision people getting implants that transmit signals to their visual and audio center of their brain. Entertainment centers will be obsolete.

The thought of this scares many people, but think about the realist implications of such technology. It could be so realistic that we feel like we are there.

Forget the holodecks, such technology could be used for entertainment purposes on long space journeys.
