The problem with this post of yours...almost all of your posts...you say some nonsense and expect people to reply with some sense.
How do you know there is no other explanation for the features than carbon dioxide clathrate containing H2O? You give no evidence! Just write some nonsense with no support. Give us greater details for your rational.
