Chris writes: I got that part. And reply how do you make this assertion. What evidence do you have it is the case. What makes these feature likely to have only been made by "Clathrate Reactions"?
E.P. Grondine wrote: If you want to maintain otherwise, what you need to do is to provide one.
Chris writes: This isn't exactly how science usually goes...first you make a hypothesis with an explanation for it...i.e. "no mechanism other than clathrate reactions"...would..."explain these linear features found on Mars." Now give us the explanation...you haven't given us the how or why of it at all.
E.P. Grondine wrote: A personal attack on me is no subsitute for proof - particularly an attack coming from an incompetent such as yourself.
Chris writes: A personal attack? You write nonsense and I point it out. Liquid water produces similar channels on Earth, but cryoclastic CO2 flows could also produce similar features I imagine. I don't see any features that clearly provide evidence either way. Maybe Nick or some actual Geologist could provide us with their interpretation of the features in the image.
