The Blue Angles don't wear g-suits because the constant inflation/deflation might cause unwanted stick inputs that could be really bad in those tight formations. For that matter, no civilian airshow pilot that I know about wears them either and they sometimes pull as many as 12 Gs (briefly). When they're doing some of the most violent maneuvers like the Lomchvak (sp), they can alternate very rapidly between 9 Gs plus and minus, which may explain the maneuver's name (it supposedly means "headache" in Czeck).
