Certificate of Deserved Entitlement - I own an acre on Mars!!!

I received a piece of mail from the Mars Society dated June 12, 2002 and signed by Robert Zubrin. In the entitled "Certificate of Deserved Entitlement" I am told I am entitled to one acre of Martian land. I was less than amused. No one has the authority to issue Martian land to anyone. So what kind of stunt is this? It reminded me of the people on the internet who will name a star for you for a fee although the International Astronomical Union does not recogcognize it.

Anyone else on this board get a Mars Society Certificate for one acre of land on Mars? Just curious.
