Brings back fond memories of the Foxjet project, which I worked on in my younger, callow days in Bloomington, Minnesota. A project of the flamboyant Tony Fox, it never really got past the design stages, although some really hot mockups were built for marketing (any photo of the plane you see will be one of these mockups. A real plane was never built.) I've still got the fancy color sales brochures--it came in color schemes like a car.

Given the state of business airline travel nowadays, a cheap bizjet could easily become a license to print money. I wonder if they could do a long-range version of the Eclipse, maybe with tip tanks or something.
