Like Helios, this Liftwing would be propelled by dozens of kerosene-fuelled turboprop engines perhaps to an altitude of 100,000 feet (30 km). It would then drop its cargo: a single-stage-to-orbit reusable rocket. This isopropyl alcohol & liquid-oxygen fuelled rocket will shoot to orbit on a single annular aerospike engine, open its nosecone and deploy a satellite. It will then close its nosecone, perform a de-orbit burn, and land on a runway (just because it's shaped like a missile doesn't mean it can't land on a runway, like the X-1). The liftwing also glides back to a runway landing, preferably even the same runway!
I haven't done a time-to-climb analysis so I don't know what the wingspan should be, but it might be reasonable. This was fun! :-)
