<I don't know how NASA manages to make space boring -- but it does. Somehow, in some manner, NASA makes space appear horribly boring and unexciting.

“Hey, kids! We have another shuttle launch coming up!”

“Really?! Where’s this one going?!”

“To the International Space Station!”

“Oh... You mean, like the last on did?”

“...And the one before that...”

“Well, yeah! You see...”

“Why don’t we send one to the Moon?”

“Yeah. We did it before.”

“The shuttles aren’t designed for that. You see...”

“Then, why do we have them? They’re not going anywhere...”

Cassini might pique the kids’ interest -- about the middle of 2004...
