Yeah, had small chance of hitting earth and had low delta-v in regards to Earth- still best guess it's a spent booster from Apollo prg.

Not to me (though I didn't recognize the name) heard it it several years ago (and posted about over at the old MSNBC board)- it's a bit of a stretch to call it a moon of Earth because it doesn't circle our planet, but still "correct" to call a moon of Earth.
