NASA-funded prizes on the horizon?
A page dedicated to the progress (or at times lack thereof) regarding the potential NASA-funded prizes legal reform just got an encouraging update:

Will NASA-funded prizes materialize? If not, what would stop them? If they do materialize, though, can they make a favorable difference for the space industry's performance?
