Stop! You're both right.

If the bodies in question are Luna and earth, then it's in one location.

If the bodies in question are Sol and earth (or Sol and the Luna/Earth system), then it's an entirely different location you are talking about.

Both are L1 points. Earth claims part-ownership of both of them.
