And use the savings to get a few more rovers to the surface?
Maybe up the calendar for the really powerful camera scheduled?
Maybe we could get that sample return mission, but multiply it to a fleet and get a meaningful amount of samples.
See?
If that rotten sob Saddam would coopertate, we could open up Mars a lot quicker.
And maybe get some more serious asteroid and neo surveys going?
