Some concerns
A dish made from material that thin might not stand up very well to micrometers. It'd be pretty fragile. I also wonder how well it would handle the extreme temperature fluctuations on the moon with the long day/night cycle. The temperature cycles might make the material fragile, and it might also make the surface smoothness unstable due to expansion/contraction.
