Re: Are we space addicts or not?
We're all space nuts, but I am a space nut who, back in the 1960's, got the idea that by the time 2001 rolled around there would be hotels in space, huge cities on the Moon, and ships that could take humans to Jupiter.
We not only haven't landed men on the Moon in decades, we haven't even landed an unmanned probe on the Moon since then. If it wasn't for the Mars and outer planet probes, I'd have wasted away entirely.
Pardon me for being a bit disappointed.
