A good part requires at least 300-500 people, and to provide food & beverages for that many people requires *infrastructure*. We just don't have the launch capacity for such an undertaking for low-earth orbit, let alone on Mars.... read the conclusions, section #10, of my Starship Generations website and you'll catch a glimpse of my reasoning. To understand where those conclusions come from, you'll have to read the whole collection of essays right from the start... :-)
