Look!

Whether Mars has biological-life; whether it is benign or harmful
is rather a moot point.
Because how much political influence
does Barry possess to try and stop
any MSRM project from launching to Mars
and returning to Earth with its "samples"? Huh?
I dare say that Barry D. will admit that he has little political influence to stop such any such potential mission...That is, unless he's planning something illegal, or maybe he could afford a pricey lawyer [$5000 retainer fee for starters?]
Anyways, it's too late, as far as
extra-terrestrial sample-return missions
go. STARDUST is already heading to a comet to gather and return to Earth with
comet samples in 2006...If Mars has
microbial life-forms, what about comets?
