We submit a list of targets a few days ahead of time to NORAD.... They tell us when we need to turn off our laser... so we dont light up a satellite...Last three runs they sent us no restrictions... I was just curious what level of intensity would be a hazard for spy satellites... Larry doesnt want to tell...:) I understand...
I hope NORAD does a good job... The laser is an eye hazard to folks on the ISS!
