I saw it more as anti-corporation and anti-business than anti-space, and getting upset with Hollywood being anti-business is about as useful as being upset about fish being wet.
And you're right. Blowing up the Moon with a nuke after it survived the impacts that have pounded it for millions of years is pretty stupid, but getting upset with Hollywood for being utterly butt-ignorant about third-grade level science is...well, you know.
