Hey, when the Chinese put a man in orbit, whatever NASA thinks, I'm going to think it's pretty cool. And who knows what comes next? While totalitarian countries are hard on the average citizen, they do have one characteristic: if the Fearless Leader decides one morning over his tea that he wants to spend a good chunk of his nation's fortune on putting a Chinese person on the Moon, it'll get done.
