It is very easy to prove the DNA's of both the mother and the daughter are identical.
The only thing they have to do is to allow for independant scientists to make the analysis, being sure they are not from the same person.
The willingness to communicate this birth is a proof they have all the information the scientific community requires.
Otherwise they are very naive.
