I wondered that, too. One heck of a lot of IR coming from that region.
Maybe sheep genetically engineered to glow in the dark to make herding easier. But would that be IR?
Do they have oil? Haven't heard of that, but there's a lot I haven't heard of.
Obviously there's some good reason, and I can't think of a darned thing.
