and tell me those aren't "pity abductions" in the first place.
I think the aliens are giving some people who couldn't reproduce in any sexual society on Earth a chance for at least some of their DNA to survive.
I think we're a bit hard on aliens sometimes. If nothing else, they have a demonstrated compassion, as well as a libido which could make a snake look good.
