All I need is a lot of intelligent people like you, who do not need money to do good work and are willing to investigate new fields of endeavor.
I have lots of space related ideas, how can I get others to work on these ideas? (I have no money.)
Hmm…… Perhaps someone could set up a bulleting board on the net that is dedicated to space related ideas.
Then again, this board already does that.
