$ prizes?
The Prize would have to be substantially more than what they estimate it would cost to win the prize. So far I have not seen anyone willing to put up more than a fraction of the cost of the effort. Still yet their will be people willing to spend investors money to win the small prize in hopes it will lead to bigger and better things.
