Re: A question on experiments
As a strange Australian quirk, on board was an experiment designed by school kids in Melbourne, Australia, to send spiders into space and measure the strength and properties of the webs they produced.
This mission had already been postponed at least once and now about a decade of planning, design, and hope has burned up.
yet I feel that this is irrelevant compared to the human tragedy and to the loss of one of the precious few fleet of spacecraft. We can always refly those experiments, but we can never refly those brave volunteers.
R.I.P.
