OK, here you go, VRB.
How you do it is: first post any word in a comment, then click on edit at the end of that after posted. When in edit mode, delete that word and click on "link" among the choices above the message box. Paste the URL into the little box that comes up. You can add some text after the last > and then after the text, post [/a] only use the < > rather than [].
It's really easy after you've done it once. Anyway, above is your link. You can click on "edit" on my post and see exactly how it reads.
