Forgive me if I wasn't clear.
First post your comment. There is no edit button in the compose a reply window.
Then, go back to the board you posted on and look for your comment. You'll see the subject, followed by the date, the time, name, and [edit].
click that link and put in your html code using the interface that comes up. when done, hit the Update Comment button over on the right side.
