RMS
Was the RMS not carried on this mission for weight reasons, or is it physically impossible to mount it in the payload bay with that configuration of SpaceHab? I could see mandating an RMS on every mission as a possible short-term assist to keeping an eye on at least some of the Shuttle surface, unless there are too many payloads that don't fit in the bay with it. That little mobile flying soccer ball would be even better, occupying even less payload space and weight, and able to see all parts of the Shuttle.
