OSP again
Is is just me or do these OSP requirements seem kinda WIMPY for a spacecraft designed 30 YEARS after the shuttle???
Soyuz reliability (wow, better than a Russian craft design from the 80s), scaled down to a crew of 4, more reliable than the shuttle (No, you don't say?) and quicker to re-launch than the shuttle (that's a tough one).
With goals like this the California aeropork welfare industry may even meet them. But over budget and late. Can't have everything.
