Raoul's link below says, the <a href="http://www.orbital.com/LaunchVehicle/SpacePlane/>OSP can accommodate five crewmembers. I like the design on Raoul's link better as well:
I'm wondering if they will come up with something 'new' in the way of tiles. They may still use the silica base. It would be wonderful if they could spray the silica on the bottom of the orbiter as needed.
