Carbon Dioxide Toxicity
SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS
Nausea, vomiting, dizziness, headache, rapid breathing, flushing can occur with carbon dioxide poisoning.
Severe cases progress to confusion, convulsions, and loss of consciousness.
TREATMENT
Administer fresh air or oxygen.
Allow the victim to rest.
Give mouth-to-mouth ventilation in severe cases.
