It Looks good! From a cursory review it looks like a very clear presentation. With the shuttle disaster, the application seems much more pertinent today than just a very short time ago.
I'm not suprised there aren't more comments yet...because even with my VDSL hook up it took slightly over 1 minute to load the file, which probably means most 56k hook ups get the white screen of frustration for a long time and they may give up.
Love the illustration on page 6.
That's a pretty ambitious schedule with a light load test by 2003 and a heavy load test by 2005!
