Zooming in over Great Britain and putting in this date/time 2003/08/05 19:30:12 gives a very close picture as to what Rush has on his page. A little more tweaking may get even closer results.
I suspect someone sent Rush the picture and his folks posted it without checking it’s authenticity I am not a big fan of Rush. I agree with what he says about half the time, but I think he is arrogant and egotistical. I would hope his staff checks sources of things sent to them.
