I saw an interesting and novel solution to the dust problem a while back.
As an airlock, instead of the conventional walk-through double door arrangement, there would be ladders leading down into a pit, with doors over hatches into the pit.
The pit would be flooded with warm water which would neccesarily soak and neutralise any chemically active species in the dust, and scrub much of the fines away. Optional pre- or post-airlock shower jets could improve on the cleaning efficiency.
Of course there are a few problems here - the space suits would then need to be water proof and not just pressure-retaining - and any personal electronic equipment similarly.
And the plan would only be possible in a more advanced habitat with spare water and materials to build a large lock. But it's an interesting angle on the problem...
