Could we build a missile shield? maybe even one 30% effective? Maybe.... What better use could we put those trillions of dollars too? Just name a cause.....

As for arsenic... well we all take our chances....Might as well argue for a 10mph speed limit....that would save more lives than a misssile shield or arsenic reduction.....The world is an unfriendly place, but me have made it safer....accept that some risks exist....
