I assume you mean the $1.2 trillion being spent on mandatory wealth redistribution each year... ;)
It would be nice if money saved from one government expense automatically went to our favorite government spending program (like NASA), but if by some miracle a program or military operation gets cut, the money usually ends up going off and getting spent on something else we don't like.
