I worked with a 1500 Watt laser.... I doubt 1900 watts for a split second could kill..... sure as hell would hurt! and could blind.... but kill? no unless you were lucky....
Lasers as a battlefield weapon are not logical yet.... the motto among laser people is "we turn kilowatts into milliwatts"
I am sure we will find ways to use this technology to kill people, but it isnt feasible yet
I am aware of some military uses of lasers, but a hand held laser gun? that only is practical if you want to blind your enemy.....
