He gave the opening speech to the kids and us all at the FIRST competition yesterday.
He won the kids over when he asked why they couldn't hook bombs up to their robots and blow each other up.
He is old and definately showing his age, but he still has the right stuff.
BTW, he has a tough sense of humor.
Everyone who got him to sign their t-shirt on the shirt's back found out that he likes to write, "Kick Me!" over his name.
The charisma still shows in spades, though.
Even though my son's team got washed out early it was still a great experience.
And the Segway is more practical than you think.
