Hi Sam: I am not an expert in the subject matter that you are interested in, but I did look at the link that you posted and found the following words: "which to my uneducated thinking could be in the process of change". Now; try to understand what the person is saying. My understanding of the statement is this: The person is saying that he does not understand or know if anything is happening. He could have saved some time in writing by saying: Do not believe me, or simply that: I lie. I did not read the rest of the links because I am not keenly interested in that subject matter, but I think that you should apply very careful reasoning to everything you read there.
