At the Smithsonian event 1.2 years ago in Washington D.C., Dennis Tito spoke against space-related tax incentives. Now I can't tell if it was to stifle potential competitors of Scaled Composites, or if he's finally oming around to the more entrepreneurial approaches to opening up space to Americans (beyond Soyuzes, of course).
